Wm. Jene Tebeaux, CFP®, CFA®

Wm. Jene Tebeaux earned a BS from Baylor University and an MBA from the University of Houston.  Following a 27 year management career with AT&T, he was Executive Vice President and Senior Trust Officer of the Trust Department at The First National Bank of Bryan from 1994 until 2007.  In that capacity, he managed both trust assets and the bank investment portfolio (an aggregate of more than $350 million).  He left the bank in 2007 to found Paragon Advisors, LLC.  Jene is a Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®) and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®).

 David W. Hailey, CFP®, CTFA

David W. Hailey earned a BS from Texas A&M University.  He is also a graduate of both the National Graduate Trust School and the Southwest Graduate School of Banking.  Before founding Paragon Advisors, LLC, David spent 21 years in the Banking Industry, including 8 years at the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas (Houston Office) and 11 years at The First National Bank of Bryan.  His experience at the Federal Reserve Bank included Manager of the Financial Securities and Fiscal Agency Department and a Federal Bank Examiner.  While at First National Bank, he served as Senior Vice President and Trust Officer, managing both administrative and operational areas.  David is a Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®) and a Certified Trust & Financial Advisor (CTFA).
